How The Leo Wealth PH handles personal data

Version 2026-08-17. This notice is written for account holders and workspace users. It supports informed consent under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who is responsible

The Leo Wealth PH provides the workspace. The workspace administrator is responsible for the client, lead, policy, investment, and trading information entered into that workspace. For privacy requests about your account or this service, contact privacy@theleowealthph.com.

What we collect

To create and operate an account, we collect your name, username, email address, sign-in method, and account-security information. Workspace users may enter business records such as client, lead, policy, task, investment, and trading information only when necessary for their work.

Why and how we use it

We use account information to authenticate you, provide the requested workspace, protect the service, support permitted collaboration, and communicate essential account or security information. We use workspace records only to provide the features selected by authorized workspace users. We do not use this consent as permission for direct marketing.

Who may receive it

Access is limited to authorized workspace users under role and Row-Level Security rules. We use service providers needed to run the application, such as hosting, authentication/database, and transactional email providers. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and protection

Account and workspace information is retained while the account or workspace is active, then deleted or retained only where a lawful obligation or legitimate need applies. Access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege service access are used to protect information. No security measure can promise absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed and may prevent us from continuing to provide account features that require the data. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
