Using your workspace
These terms govern your use of the Leo Wealth advisor workspace. Create an account only if you can enter into this agreement and are authorized to use the service for your work. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
Account security and access
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Workspace administrators manage permissions for their teams. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or access another person's records without authorization.
Your records and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, and permitted use of information you enter or share. Only upload records you are authorized to handle, provide required notices, and obtain consent where required. Respect confidentiality, retention obligations, and requests to stop marketing communications. Your account consent does not provide consent on behalf of clients or other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, unsolicited messaging, infringement, or disclosure of confidential information. Do not introduce malicious software, disrupt the service, or attempt to defeat security or subscription restrictions.
Financial tools and professional judgment
The workspace helps organize business records and provides calculations and planning tools. Outputs depend on the information and assumptions supplied and may contain errors or incomplete information. Verify results against official records before relying on them. The service does not guarantee investment returns, insurance coverage, or trading outcomes and does not replace advice from qualified professionals.
Plans and third-party services
Available features depend on your plan and permissions. Review the price, billing period, and any cancellation or refund conditions presented before purchasing a paid service. Connected services may have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply when you use them.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or service-provider issues. Keep appropriate copies of records you are required to retain. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations.
Ending use and your rights
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact your workspace administrator about access and records, and use the contact in the Privacy Notice for account-data requests. Ending use does not automatically remove records that must lawfully be retained. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Updates to these terms
The version date identifies these terms. Review updated terms when presented; where renewed agreement is required, you will be asked to accept them before continuing the affected use.
